There’s always room for improvement, of course – merchants miss the boat by thinking that video is important for future generations when in reality, 9 in 10 shoppers already watch product videos today. Also, though retailers acknowledge the importance of mobile for video, many don’t have the ability to track shoppers’ mobile activities, which continue to grow.
