Studies from Mediamark Research and Intelligence found in 2008 there was a 35.5% increase in the number of consumers, 18-plus, who watched online videos. As the audience for online video continues to grow, opportunity arises for both manufacturers and retailers to capitalize on this trend and use online video to reach out to their customers.
