Giant Transend W Series - About: This is the Giant Transend, in the Giant for Women line. We had lots of our female consumers ask us for a commuter-specific bike. And while we know we make great bikes, we wanted to do something really that drives home, and answers the needs that commuters have for a fantastic bike, to get them to and from, on an everyday basis. So in this line, we have three very different models, that come with some amazing features. The one that we have today is the Transend DX, and it features some really great options. One, there's a fantastic wood rack on the back. So if you've got books, if you've got your purse, if you've got your thermos with coffee, you can transport those with ease. It's got a wonderful comfortable saddle. It even has a bell on the handlebars. As well, if it's muddy or nasty outside, you've got fenders that will protect you. And for women that want to ride to the office with a skirt, there's a low step-through frame, so that they can get on and off the bike comfortably. Again, this is the Transend DX, one of three great models in the Transend lineup.

Giant - Meet Tiffany

Giant - Meet Tiffany: Hi, I'm Tiffany Brown, and I'm the Giant for Women Program Manager. I work here at Giant in three very different disciplines, making sure that everything we do is great for female cyclists. I assist the Product department, in making sure that our product range really suits rides of all ability levels. I, of course, help out in the Sales department, making sure that our retailers across the country are doing what they need to do, to support and serve the female rider. And lastly, I work in the Marketing department, as well, making sure that our communication to women encourages them to start cycling, as well as inspiring them to help others start cycling.
