Titleist Pinnacle Voki Wedges: Hi everybody, I’m Steve Pelisek with Titleist. I’d like to tell you all about the new Voki design wedges for 2009. They’re all spin milled which means each groove is individually cut into each club for maximum spin. Now right off the bat you’ll notice there are three different finishes. We’ve got tour chrome, the most popular, black nickel is back, and oil cam. There’s not really that much difference in the overall performance of the wedges, but there are some personal preferences. You pick the ones you like the most. The new line is essentially what we’re calling Bob’s Greatest Hits. As you know, most of Bob’s work comes from the tour. He’s got a big huge line of wedges that he’s custom made for the tour. What we’ve done for ’09 is we’ve picked the best of the best. Now it’s a full set from 48 to 64 degrees in loft. There are multiple bounces and multiple and multiple souls. You’ll notice especially in the higher lofted clubs, in the 58’s, the 62, 64’s, the bounces are different and there are basically different souls to pull off different kinds of shots matching different bounces. Generally, Bob likes to say when it comes to bounce—“Bounce is your friend”. So for most folks, the high bounce launch is going to go well. The mid-bounce launch will be the most popular for better players. And the low bounce options—they’re going to work great for guys who really have some good skill work in their wedges. All in all, you can’t go wrong with mid-bounce, but the line’s terrific. It’s big. It’s meant to hit all the shots you’re going to encounter. We hope you enjoy them. Take a look.
