About Titan Cronus Ski: Hi! I’m Jed Duke. I’m the Division Manager for Blizzard Sport U. S. A. One ski I’d like to you about today is the Titan Cronus. It’s the narrowest member of our free ride line at 88 millimeters in the waist. This ski actually has a 19-meter radius in size 180, so it’s quite versatile on the slope, off the slope. It’s an excellent go-to ski for really anywhere in the country, but also in the West as well where the snow is certainly softer.

Available types of Titan Cronus Ski: The Cronus will also be available flat. So again, to recap, you can have it flat with a Telemark binding, with an AT binding, or with the regular binding. The Titan Cronus is a full wood core ski, sidewall as well. So again, high performance level and very durable.

Binding System of Titan Cronus Ski: First, I’d like to talk a little bit about our binding system. In our free ride skis, the Titan Cronus, we have a special system called IQ Free. Most of you are saying, “Hm. A system in a free ride ski? That’s a little bit unique.” In fact, it is unique for us. What’s unique about it is that the system itself is actually built down into the ski to meet the needs of that free skiing type of person. They don’t want to be stacked up high on the ski. So we’ve addressed that by building the system down into the ski so that once the binding is mounted, it slides on fixed with a central pin with a central screw. But the binding itself sits as if it were screwed into the ski. Height is not an issue with this system.

There are several different standing positions that come predrilled with metal inserts in the center of the ski. Titan Cronus Ski - Telemark Adapter: Also unique is a Telemark Adapter. This adapter plate slides into the middle of the ski, again fixed with the central pin, super easy to mount. It accepts any Telemark binding. It also works on any Blizzard ski. This is the Titan Cronus. It works here, but it also works on all of our other skis. Any Telemark binding on any Blizzard ski.

Unique system of Titan Cronus: Another unique feature of the Titan Cronus is its versatility in binding choice. This ski comes available with a regular Alpine binding. It comes available with the FR16 or Markered Duke binding. It’s AT/Alpine binding, very versatile. It allows you to go up. It’s integrated. It slides on fixed with that central pin and allows you to adjust the standing position. This is a unique product in the market.
