You can do many things with this you can attach it to your cribs, car seats. For the gym itself if baby wants to lay on its back you attach it to the top or if baby wants to sit up you can just put it in the corner. Lots of kicking and music there’s a mirror. All of our gyms comes with a tummy time pillow which is great for babies learning how to push up, builds there back and neck muscles. There’s a lot to do on this mat, there’s lots of colors, lots of different things to grab. Also comes with four different toys and moveable arches.
