About Dragon 110
About Dragon 110: The Dragon 110 is from Technica's new series, the Dragon series. It features a 110 flex rating, 100 millimeter forefoot measurement across the foot, so it fits a medium to a medium-high volume foot. Featuring carbon steel buckles that are very low profile, micro-adjustable, 5 times the strength of a traditional injected aluminum boot. The boot also features our third generation, 3D construction, which has hard and soft materials, allows for easy entry and exit and also power transmission into the ski. The overall port lean of the boot has been straightened up. The height on the cap has been straightened up; that gives more power transmission, easier ski ability, greater leg support. The 110 features an ultra-fit liner that has heel fit lock, removable rear spoiler, dual cuff alignment, so adjust the cuff in or out, and also the flex is controlled by two rivets here in the back that can be taken out or removed.
Dragon 110 - Extra Features
Dragon 110 - Extra Features: The Dragon 110 also features the ultra-flex booster, which is a plastic piece of elastomer which allows for rebound, so there is a certain amount of shock absorption and energy rebound as flexing. It has two positions of height, for personal preference, either high or low. Also, the Dragon 110 has ABS that absorbs shock and small vibrations while skiing, reducing fatigue.
Dragon 110 - Liner
Dragon 110 - Liner: The liner in the 110 is similar to the 120, features the same construction, but with slightly different materials. They're a little bit softer. It's going to give you a little bit more relaxed fit, but again, the same type of foot envelopment, just a little bit softer, a little bit more relaxed. Again, the 110 features the heel fit lock system for personal customization for heel hold, and again, as in all Dragon series, a removable rear spoiler.
Dragon 110 - Who the Boot is for
Dragon 110 - Who the Boot is for: The skier type for the Dragon 110 would be, again, an aggressive all-mountain skier that just wants a little bit softer flex, maybe a little bit lighter weight, or just prefer a slightly softer flex for a little bit more versatility.
