TC Helicon Voice Tone Line

TC Electronic TC Helicon Voice Tone Line: Hi, I'm Tom. I'm the product manager for TC Helicon. We're talking about the TC Helicon Voice Tone pedals for singers. Right now we have these three pedals: the Voice Tone Correct, Voice Tone Double and Voice Tone Create. Starting over here, you plug your microphone into these pedals and then you feed the output to your PA system or to your sound tech. This product sculpts, that is makes your core tone sound the best it can be by giving you the sounds, or rather, the effects that a live engineer would give you like sweet sounding EQ, compression, ?[DSing] and it has pitch correction. So it allows a singer to make sure that their sound is the best it can be before giving it to the sound tech. So, and it has what's called adaptive functions. And in the adaptive functions they basically listen to the sound of your voice and compare it to an ideal sound and make you sound really sweet. Now if a different person sings in it their needs may be different and it will adjust. So, anyway, that's Voice Tone Correct. Plus it has what we call auto chromatic pitch correction. And that is pitch correction that doesn't use key and scale. You can just turn it on and it will gently nudge your voice in tune while you sing. And it's nice and easy to set up and you can turn it on and off independently of the, what's called live engineer effects like EQ, compression and ?[DSing]. Now moving on to Voice Tone Double. Doubling is an effect that makes your voice sound thicker in the recording studio by going in and sing it again and again and again and again. But normally that's kind of hard to do live because your doing it right now and you can't get that effect. But now you can with Voice Tone Double. Again you plug your microphone into it and then you feed your outputs to the sound tech or to your PA system. It has up to four voices of humanized doubling that you can add to your voice and make your voice sound much much thicker, in fact make it sound much more like voices sound like on recordings. Virtually every recording you hear on the radio and have heard over the years is doubled in the studio. And now you can have that effect live with Voice Tone Double. Moving on, Voice Tone Create. Voice Tone Create is your multi-effects processor for singers. Plug your mic in, send your outputs out to the board or to your PA system. This has 99 preset reverbs and delays and megaphone type effects like telephone effects. It has chorus and [???]. So it has a whole bunch of multi-effects that you really want as a singer to make your songs sound exciting in those certain parts. Maybe in the chorus you want just sort of liven it up a little bit. And that's Voice Tone Create. You can make your own presets. You can store them yourself, make little adjustments with the tweak X and Y knobs here. You can store that. You have ten different presets and each preset has an A and B setting so you can use that quite quickly. On and off of course. So that's Voice Tone Create. Now all of these pedals can be used as one, two or one, two, or one, two or one, two, three all of them in a row, kind of like guitar effects pedals can be used. Or you can use them individually. That's the Voice Tone line from TC Helicon.
