You can simply pull the pull pin out & adjust it like that. That way mom can wear it one minute & then dad can quickly wear it the next minute. You also have a nice comfortable waist belt, pockets for convenience, put you spare change, your car keys in them & a nice two inch waist belt for comfort. As we turn around to the back of the pack, you are gonna notice the zip off day pack. This allows you to easily take just what you need to change diapers into a bathroom without having to take the whole pack or sometimes the kids like to wear the back packs as well. The other thing to note about this carrier is it does have an internal frame. So this is gonna allow the carrier to stand up easily while you are loading your child in & out of it.
