Suunto X10 Outdoor Gps Watch

Suunto X10 Outdoor Gps: Watch Hi, I am Bill from Suunto. Suunto's latest entry into the GPS market is the X10. When Suunto uses outdoor technology we use it mainly for outdoor navigation. The advantage of this is that we get very precise compass plots and we are able to give you multiple features. It gives you extra long field time. In each X10 there's a second altimeter barometer based on our core end vector series plus a state of the art GPS unit. In using this product you're able to take an initial way point. Then if you navigate by your altimeter barometer and confirm your location with your GPS unit, you can get up to a couple of months uses out of it. The X10 is rechargeable from some of the solar recharging units out there. It is also compatible with National Geographic Topal software and comes with access to Google Earth, which adds not only an accurate but fun way to use your GPS. For runners or bikers while it may not be the first choice, if you want a combination of not only speed and distance but mapping abilities, the X10 is a great product. All X10's come with software and download capabilities and is rechargeable not only through a wall outlet but also in the USB port of your laptop.
