Giant Suede Series – About: Hi, my name is John Mundhall, I'm Giant USA's product manager. I'm here to introduce to you the 2009 Suede Series. The Suede Series features city bike styling, footboard riding position, to keep you low and to the ground for stability and easy handling. There's a total of five bikes in the series. The Suede GX is the top of the line. With a suspension fork, a smooth Shimano 3-speed Revo internal drive system, a KMC rust-proof chain and a chain cover. Also, on the Suede GX, it has a rear rack-carrier and fenders, suspension seat-post and an MP3/cell-phone bag. Also check out the popular Suede Coasting Series built with Shimano's virtually maintenance-free coasting drive-train. Two models to choose from. With the Suede Coasting DX offering enough space to carry all you've got. With a front bag, featuring an integrated light and a set of rear panniers. All the Suede Series feature lightweight, Alux-grade aluminum frames, helping you bypass the traffic grind, the parking-space hunt and the gas pump all at once.
