Stanton C324 Table Top Player: B-side here. Showing off some new Stanton gear. We got the hot, new C324. This baby is hot. It's a tabletop cd player for both scratch and mix guys. Because it has the ability to do vinyl mode and touch rewind. Touch rewind actually, every time you touch the platter, it's very sensitive and it allows you to automatically rewind to the cue point that you just created. So for guys who want to beat juggle, it's the perfect way for you to actually scratch and never lose your spot. You also have reverse and then the other standard modes that you're going to find is your time, display, continuous single or even repeat. Your transport section's pretty much basic. It is standard on any cd player. But we also have a safety eject that will stop you from accidentally ejecting the cd. Got a slot load on here. It does load really quick and fast. Slot loads are a little bit more reliable than trays. And we also have your standard fader. Now what we did a little differently on our fader is we have pitch bend buttons right below the fader. We got your pitch lock, key lock and then you have a selectable pitch range. Now this cd player will allow you to even use key lock and a high end pitch range. So you can go up 16, 25 or 100 percent on the pitch range and literally start the cd from zero to 100. It's a 100 millimeter fader. The table top portion's really sweet. You have four bank buttons that you can actually use as cue points or loops. So if I want to create a cue, I can just go in, save and load it to whatever bank I want. If I want to create a loop, I can go in, out, save, save that to a bank as well. Then I can go back and play those banks on the fly like a drum machine. Speaking of drum machine, you have the ability to go into sampler mode. Play those samples right on top of your own music or even create a sequence. So for guys who are looking for an entry MPC type of production machine this is a great way for you to kind of learn what sequencing is all about. Save those patterns, sequences and get going in a studio. That's the C324 by Stanton.
