Sony Blu Ray Players - About: Hello, folks. My name's Ernie Block from Sony Electronics. I'm a senior product markketing trainer. And of course, the Blu-Ray family of products at Sony here is growing . Now most customers don't know that you don't have to buy just a traditional hi-fi receiver and a traditional shaped Ble-Ray player from Sony. We have lots of cool integrated solutions as well, such as this product right here which is a design concept that we may or may not come out with. But the cool thing about this is it's a way for a customer to get a complete Blu-Ray home theater in a single package, very, very easy to install and set up. So this is basically an integrated amplifier, integrated receiver, and a Blu-Ray player in one neat package. You get the five speakers and the sub-woofer in a single box with that product. Now what we're looking at right now here is way cool for the customer that wants a great, cool, easy Blu-Ray solution. This is a concept design, but we do have a product in the market right now, called the VDV-IS1000, which is a cool product that's very similar to this in design and you only need one box to get your power and your Blu-Ray player, but that's also including some very cool golf ball sized speakers that are literally the size of a golf ball for the customer that wants great sound and great Blu-Ray performance in a room without large intrusive speakers in that room. So if you're buying Blu-Ray, Sony's got a solution for you.
