Exel Snooker Ski Poles - About: The Excel Snooker is kind of a cool looking pole, specifically designed for more of the free ride crowd, people who are skiing more out of bounds, powder, that type. You can see graphically it's more appealing. It's still utilizing the pistol-type grip, very simple, kind of a tacky, very easy to hold onto. The woven nylon strap, easily adjustable around the wrist. And on the Snooker it comes with a wider, a little bit more powder-oriented basket, rather than the small racing disk. You can see the extra width. More of a round snowflake, we refer to it as. Still has the carbide tip. Nice feature for any kind of crust, hard conditions. Same co-wand technology in the shaft, a tapered shaft. You can see it's a little bit bigger diameter towards the grip, and a little bit slimmer towards the tip, and that gives it a really nice swing weight.
