SixSixOne D30 Technology Overview: I like to talk a little bit about D30; D30 is a material developed in the UK & basically what it is in the form we are using it is like a high density fome, its flexible but under impact it hardens. A way to demonstrate that is in its raw forms like this, so you can see a soft & pliable one pushed on slowly, but under a hard quick impact such as a crash, it hardens up & then returns to pliable material again. So, works really well as a cycling pad because you can still have your range of movements & still have your protection from impact. D30.
