LINE Sir Francis Bacon: This is Sir Francis Bacon and it is an all around ski. It rides really well in powder. It’s obviously a 115 millimeter waist. It also has early taper so when you take it in the powder It’s not hooking or dragging which is really, really nice. This ski has the stiffest flex of all my skis. I just wanted to have something that was going to be a little more versatile from powder to groom to ice. If you get into that variable snow this thing really holds up. Say it snowed like a week ago and you’re still finding stashes, you can go hit those stashes, get in the trees, get some face shots. The day is kind of wearing out, you go to the park, you go to the pipe. It really just rides super well in all kinds of different conditions. It’s definitely my most all around ski.
