Saucony ProGrid Triumph 6 Shoe
Saucony Pro Grid Triumph 6 Shoe: Hi, I'm Pat O'Malley vice president of products at Saucony. Today the shoe that we're going to talk about is the Pro Grid Triumph 6. This is our statement cushion shoe, gives it a real nice cushion feel, real nice ride with this particular model. Starting with the outsole, we have blown rubber in the forefoot. That's going to give you a really nice plush, cushion feel. We also have high abrasion carbon rubber in the heel, gives it great traction and durability. The great cushioning from this shoe comes from the midsole. We have SRC crash pad in the heel. That's going to really give you a really nice point of impact cushion story here. And then we have the full length pro grid technology that runs from heel to forefoot. That's really going to take the strain and stress off the body. As we move to the upper of the shoe we use our comfort ride sock liner, gives it a really nice cushion feel, nice durability underneath the foot, gives you a little bit extra support as you're running. We also use our arch lock technology. And this is there to really hold that arch area in place, keeps your foot right on top of the midsole, gives you really nice support. We use our hydrator lining which wicks the moisture away from the foot, keeps the foot nice and dry, keeps the possibility of irritation away. And then we have nice lightweight, breathable open meshes in the upper. What that does is keeps the foot nice and cool and it also doesn't have a lot of overlays for any kind of irritation possibilities. This is the Pro Grid Triumph 6 and it will be available in Spring 2009.
