This is played by Phantom Regiment, the current DCI World Champion Drum Line as well as Rhythm X, the current WGI Indoor World Champion Drum Line. The Power Max features an ultra light ten mill polyester film with an underlay muffling ring. It does not need to be installed. It comes already installed with the drumhead. It’s free floating and does not interrupt the vibration of the drum.
