Belle Baby Organic Baby Carrier: Hi, my name is Sue and I'm from Belle Baby Carriers. Today I'm going to show you our organic line. The organic line of the Belle has the basic waist belt made from 100% organic cotton. The body of the carrier is made out of a 100% cotton/hemp blend so it's nice and soft to the touch but really strong and durable. The inside of the Belle is made from a really soft textured organic fleece. This fleece is really nice and soft against your baby's skin, and 100% pure. We use welded steel O-rings for extra strength and durability, and we use reused yoga mats pieces as the padding behind the buckle.

Different Organic Baby Carrier Positions: Now I'm going to show you how to wear your baby facing forward. You're simply going to put the waist belt on the exact same way you did before, you're going to hold your baby, and sit them in the carrier. Instead of just resting the shoulder strap over, you're actually going to complete one full turn of the strap. You turn it once outwards so the black is facing forward again, and then follow the same step by resting it over your shoulder, reaching around your back, and snapping it into place. You're going to do the exact same thing with the other shoulder strap. It's one full turn outwards, rest it over your shoulder, reach around your back, and snap it into place.

Baby Carrier Positions - Facing inward: To put the carrier on you simply put it right on your hips with the logo facing out. You're going to wrap the waist belt around, our sizing is one size fits most, you're going to put it through a double steel O-ring system. We weld our O-rings so they're extremely strong, they've been tested to 2000 pounds, and don't develop hairline fractures if they get caught in a car door or anything like that. You just tighten it right up. At this point in time you're able to focus 100% on your child. The baby can face either towards or away. First I'm going to show you facing towards. You're going to sit your baby down, so a lot of the baby's weight, a majority of the baby's weight is actually placed directly on your hips. You then just gently put the shoulder strap over your shoulder, and then you reach around with the opposite hand and cross. You simply put it into the clasp, and tension. Same thing with the other strap, just gently rest it over your shoulder, reach around your back to create that cross. And tension. The baby sits nice and comfortably in a proper ergonomic position. The majority of the baby's weight is around the parent's hips so it's really comfortable for the parent to carry and there's little stress on your shoulders or back. This is a breathable mesh so the baby's neck is ventilated and nice and cool. There's also no extra padding or bulk around the parent's body so it's great to wear in hotter climates or in the summer. When winter comes since there's no, since it's a very streamlined carrier you can actually just put your jacket right over the Belle and carry your baby easily. There's also no barrier between the child and you so the mother can effectively nurse while wearing the Belle. In addition, both parents can practice 100% contact parenting. When it comes time to take your baby out of the Belle you just hold your baby, unclip the sides, and your baby carrier will fall right off. This is great because in the event your baby is sleeping you never really have to disrupt your baby to remove them from the carrier. At this point in time you're able just to lay your baby right down. To wear your baby facing forward you're just going to turn your child around, follow the same steps with the exception of the straps. You're just going to complete one turn outwards. At this point in time you just rest the shoulder strap over your shoulder, reach around, and snap it in just like you did before. Again, one complete turn outwards, rest it gently over your shoulder, reach around your back so you get the same cross, and snap it in. And that's it.
