Moby Sling Wrap Tummy-to-Tummy
Moby Sling Wrap Tummy-to-Tummy: I’m going to show you the one shoulder carry for the Moby Sling Wrap and this can be used to wear your baby tummy-to-tummy on the center or on the hip. What you want to do is start by finding the center of your wrap and folding your Moby Wrap in half. You take the Moby Wrap, fold it in half and you bring that fold around to your dominant hand shoulder. Once it’s placed neatly over your shoulder you bring the rest of the wrap with the two layers around under your other shoulder. Reach through the loop that you’ve created on your shoulder and bring the two ends of the wrap through that loop. You want this section of the wrap here nice and high like you’re wearing a corsage to the prom. And you tighten this up so that it’s generally snug and then you get your baby. This is my daughter Emmy. She’s five months old. I bring her up in the high burp position with one arm. I’m going to reach under the wrap with my other arm next to my body. I bring Emmy down into the wrap. I’m still holding onto her in here and I’m positioning the wrap around her body. I bring her in and I’m just going to gently bring the wrap right into her knee pits and have a nice seat right there with this section of the wrap pulled up. Then from here I’m going to make sure that she’s nice and snug and separate these two tails. I make sure that I find this top edge and tighten that nice and snug through this end. I bring one tail around under her bum and under her leg. And this tail I wrap around this side and then back to the front. So I’ve brought one under her leg. I’m going to lean back as I knot it off with a double knot. And then from here I’m going to adjust the wrap and bring this section around to cuddle her under her leg. There’s the tummy-to-tummy or the hip carry.
