About LP Karl Perazzo Timbales Ray Enhoffer: I'm Ray Enhoffer, the director of R and D for Latin Percussion. I'm sure most of you are familiar with the music of Santana. One of the Santana percussionist, Karl Perazzo has been playing with Carlos for so many years, a premier percussionist. A few years ago we did a line of timbales for Karl. Incorporating some of the aspects that Karl requested in his drums. This year we've taken those drums and we've refined them another step further. One of the aspects is we reduced the heads of the tuning screws down below rib level, which allows the timbaleros to play rim shots without the heads of the bolts getting in the way. We spread apart the ribs on the drums increasing the cascara playing area. We shortened up the sides of the tuning mechanism and again what it did was enliven the shell of the timbales. And Karl, we've had a set with him now, for at least a half a year before we introduced these and he was very very pleased with the quality and the sound of the timbales. And thrilled with the new design and I'm thrilled, one aspect that we always do with a Latin Percussion is we always look to please the musicians first. It's our philosophy that if we please the musicians, get them excited about the products, they will go into the stores and request them. Thank you.
