Kata 3N1-10 Introduction: I want to show you guys the 3N1-10. This is the smallest in Kata’s line of sling backpacks. 3N1 provides 3 ways of carrying or using the bag. This is the 3N1-10. So first of all I mentioned sling backpack; it is an awesome right-handed sling. I will take it; I will throw it over my shoulder, and will show you why we use a sling. Sling is all about quick access. It is all about getting your camera out quickly so you got the shot. I will swing it around, I will pinch, I will use the quick-open flap and your camera would be face-down in here with assorted accessories stored in there. So again a very quick access - that is why we use slings. I mentioned it is a 3 in 1 - that is the first part. The second part of the 3 in 1 is: it could be configured as a left-handed sling. Right now I am red to red, which is right, if I go black to black and turn the insides around suddenly you have a left-handed sling. 15% of the American public here are left-handed, I find photographers tend to be more left-handed because it is an artistic endeavor. You can now offer a true left-handed sling to them to protect their camera. If they try using a right-handed sling as a left-handed it does not work well and the camera is put in jeopardy. We always want to protect the camera.
Kata 3 N 1 10 Additional Features
Kata 3N1 10 Additional Features: But I did mention that was a 3in1, and probably the most important innovation here is that third part of the 3in1. I am going to throw it over my shoulder in sling mode. It’s really great if I am at a game or shooting in the mountains, I need quick to get access. What happens if suddenly I have to march 2 miles or I have to run to go catch a subway in the city? Slings by their nature are uncomfortable. After about 20 minutes of being on one shoulder with probably about 10 pounds of camera gear it gets very uncomfortable. This is where the 3 in 1 really shines. I reach back here, I can pull out the hidden other strap – I am putting it in X-mode right now – I will clip it in to the very large buckle here and you will see that I am now supporting weight on both shoulders. These two little pads go here to hold it together. You put a waist pack on to stabilize - now you can go and march for miles or run through the city if that is what you have to do. Again slings are quick access; this addresses the problem of a sling hurting after a period of time. It is also a great travel back. If you find you are going to be travelling through an airport, you can just set it up as a straight backpack, and it is also overhead size with a nice handle ample handle here, you can take it and put it up in the overhead. Again this is probably the minimalist; it is the smallest of the models, carries an SLR maybe one additional lens and a flash down here and we have added storage up top. Since you are very active when you are in photography mode, it is also weather proof, it is water resistant and if you get in a downpour because every camera bag has an opening it does come with a rain cover that can be put on top also. So again this is the baby sister of the 3n1 line, great for when you’re really on the go and active - minimal amount of equipment- but also going to be shooting and traveling great distances. This is the 3N1-10.
