K2 Virtue Binding: Hi I’m Nigel Steer, binding engineer for K2. This is our women’s Virtue binding, developed in unison with, or developed completely through direct feedback with our women’s alliance team. Everything from aesthetics, to function of the binding, testing, and review of designs from beginning to end, developed with our women’s alliance team. The features you’ll see on a lot of our women’s products, slightly narrower waist width in the ankle strap for better fit with women’s boots, and freer flex. All of our highbacks, more roll at the top, and a softer flex at the top as well. This is our A Line chassis, designed to flex and to fit women’s, flex properly with women’s boots, and to fit properly with women’s boots. This has a full EVA footbed for maximum comfort and cushion. We have cutout areas in the heel area for better shock absorption, and easy to use ratchets with a ratchet funnel for super easy feed of the ladder strap.
