It's got a directional shape, so you need to figure out if you're right foot forward or left foot forward because it will totally make it easier for it to ride. It's got a set back stance, which they have highlighted by different colored inserts. With a set back stance this gives you a little bit more nose, so it actually makes you kind of help float through powder if you ever come in to those type of conditions. It's got an extruded base so, once again, it's hard and it's very easy to repair. It’s got a 3-degree base bevel, which is the side right here, and with that it makes it less likely for you to catch an edge. So once again, it's perfect for people just starting out. The K2 Moment has a Dual Progressive sidecut, which makes a smooth, predictable, easy ride. Once again, perfect for beginners.
