K2 Fling: This is Melissa coming to you from Ski Pro and I'm here to talk to you about the K2 Fling. It's a twin tip so you can ride it either way. It has a centered stance, which you can see they actually highlight their centered stance by the different color inserts. It's got a 4,000 centered base, so it's got a step up base from the Va-Va-Voom. It's actually a little faster. It's got the dual progressive sidecut so it makes it really easy to learn your transitions and to move and out. This one has the Carbon Matrix One, which is actually a carbon V in the tip of the tail, which gives it a little more pop. The K2 Fling is also custom made top sheet to where all these urban laid ribbons. So you won't see the same board out there, every one is different. This one also in Transworld Snowboarding was another top five good wood for 2009 for over $400. Another cool thing about K2 boards is what you'll notice is the beautiful pink ribbon on the top sheet of their boards.
