K2 Darko BC Boot: Hi guys my name is Joe Yang I am the group designer developer for K2 snowboarding. In my hands today we have the Darko BC, BC standing for Boa Conda it is essentially an evolution of the axis system which you guys are familiar with. So we have fir and the fly for the outside of the boot and dazzle on the way that your liner feels on the inside. It’s a lace up front, Boa Conda on the side, intuition liner and also featured on this boot is a harsh mellow outsole which you can see full of harsh mellow button here which essentially dampens the larger impacts so it is easier on your joints.
