About Jokari Fiz Keeper Pump And Pour: My name is Don Saller and I’m with Jokari. I’m here to show you a product that we actually introduced over 22 years ago called the Fizz Keeper Pump and Pour. This is a product that fits over two-liter bottles of soda, one-and-a-half-liter bottles of soda, or anything that has carbonation in it. The reason that soda goes flat, is mainly because the CO2, or the carbonation that’s in the soda, actually escapes as the bottle is left open. When you know that you pour into a glass, you see the fizz coming out, and that is primarily the CO2 leaving the soda. If you can put pressure on top of the surface of the soda, it’ll keep the CO2 in the liquid state, thereby maintaining the carbonation. So, what we have is a simple product, called our Fizz Keeper Pump and Pour. It just basically screws onto the cap, replaces the lid that normally comes with it, and then seals. It has a ball up here that you can actually pump, and when you do so, it actually puts pressure back into the bottle. As you know, when you buy a bottle of soda at retail, the bottle is rock hard. The reason for that is it keeps the CO2 in liquid state, and that’s what this product does. That’s our Fizz Keeper.
