Fischer Sports Bcx 4 Back Country Boot: This is the BCX 4. This is a new back country touring boot for Fischer for the 09/10 season. Completely redesigned. It has a very strong heel cap here, for good control. The inside has Thinsulate. Has a wonderful heel pocket. Memory foam around the ankle area for a custom fit. Lace protection here, and up here. Gussetted tongue, and a gator hook. This boot is intended for lightweight back country skiing with the Silent Spider, the Outbound, or the Snowbound.
