Fischer Rcs Crown Ski: This is the RCS Crown. This is the best-performing wax-less-base ski that we have. The crown pattern on the bottom is very depthly within the camber pocket. It uses a much lesser crown pattern here in the front of the ski, and in the rear of the ski, to help with the glide. The ski comes in two stiffnesses, a medium, and a stiff flex. And it works well for someone who wants a high-performance plastic ski. Maybe a little bit time-challenged. Got an hour, hour-and-a-half to ski, each day. They don't want to deal with the wax. Yet they want the same type of glide that they get from their high-performance classic ski. So the RCS Crown is the perfect ski for them.
