This is a great product and an essential product if you're mounting a handlebar – a carbon fiber handlebar – into a stem or a carbon fiber seat post into the frame. What happens is, the carbon fiber has such a smooth, slick, hard surface that to get good grip and not over torque, you need to apply an assembly gel, which is Fiber Grip and this gives it a little bit more grip.
