Kelty FC 2.0 Child Carrier: This is the Kelty Kids FC 2 Frame Carrier. I thought I would start by talking about the great suspension on this and how comfortable it's going to be for you. The first thing you're going to notice right here is the easy adjustability. The great thing about it is that it has just a very simple pull-pin that you can adjust quickly while you're on the trail. Mom can be wearing at one minute, get tired, lengthen the torso and now it's ready for dad to use. There's no messing around with any type of hook and loop adjustments or undoing straps. It's very easy. The second thing you're going to notice is large, beefy hip belts. It's canted around your hips, reinforced with a 2 mm PE frame sheet on the inside. Lastly, we've got a 2 inch SR buckle and strap on the side as well. Pocketry on the waist belt as well.

About Kelty FC 2.0 Features: As we take a look inside the cockpit of the FC 2.0, you’re going to notice that it’s very comfortable for the child. It’s lined with very soft, moisture wicking fabric. There’s no direct webbing up against the child’s face. Everything’s very soft. The frames are padded. We also have a movable and washable drool pad in the cockpit as well.

Kelty FC 2.0 Child Carrier Features: As we turn around to the side here, I want to talk about one of the key safety features of this carrier. It’s the auto-retract kick stand. When you put this carrier on and add tension to the strap, you see that the kickstand comes in. This is going to keep you from hitting anything or whacking other people with it. And conversely when you take it off, it pops right back out. So you don’t have to remember to pull that kickstand in or to push it back out. It happens automatically. As we turn around to the back, you’ll notice this pack has lots of storage. It has a removable day pack so if you need to do a diaper change, you can just zip this day pack off, take it, and do your diaper change. And it also has additional storage below the seat.
