Drum Workshop Jazz Series Kit: Hi, I'm John Good with DW and what we have here, is a beautiful little jazz series kit. What makes this kind of drum kind of unique to us is the way that we manufacture the shells. It's maple and gum. The gum in the shell is a little more thick than most gum shells would ever have in the past. You get more of that round, warm sound, you get this snap off of the maple and the warmth from the gum. This particular kit, is made with a camphor burl, it is a very exotic wood it actually comes from China. It's got 24 karat gold hardware. This is one of our most successful kits that were selling this year. The jazz series, seems to have sparked a lot of interest with a lot of players. So this kit in particular, has got an 8-inch tom, a 10-inch tom and a 13 x 13 floor tom, an 18-inch kick drum and a 13-inch snare. Gotta try this one out, because it will surprise you by how many gigs you can actually do with a kit like this. I'm John Good, from DW.
