DC The Exec Boot: Hi, I’m Dave from DC and with me right now is our brand new Exec Boot, redesigned from the ground up, from our line from 2009, to debut in the 2010 season. The Exec features our RLS lacing system, which is a dual zone, or 2 zone, lacing option. So, pull one side, it tightens up the top of the foot. Pull the other side, and you got upper cuff tightening. On the outsole design, it features a great hiking tread, with a carbon fiber shank stiffener in the outsole, and a covered air cushion inset. So, great durability for Highbacks and a good midflex for all variations of riders. So this is the Exec from DC, and I’m Dave.

DC 2010 Boot Line: Hi, this is Dave, from DC and we’re here in front of our collective boot wall for the 2010 season. As you can see, DC has been in the business of snowboarding and snow boots for several years, since nearly the conception of the company. As you can see from the wall, we have an offering for everyone: man, woman, child, youth, all the way down to little kids, size 3. At DC shoes, we build our designer around 3 lacing options. The first one is our RLS lacing option, which is a single lace, bred, dual zone, lacing option boot. So pull one side. It laces up or tightens up the top of the foot. Pull the other side, it tightens up the top of the foot. Clamp pleats to get out, pull up to get in, and away you go. Slick, simple, super easy. The next lacing option that we’ve been working with this company for years is BOA. We feature BOA on a little over half of our boots. BOA is one of the easiest lacing systems out there with just the turn of a wheel to tighten up your boot. Some boots feature a Focus BOA for dual zone compatibility with lacing at the top of the foot and the upper. And then our third silo of boots is our traditional lace, for that core rider that doesn’t want any gimmicks or has the ability to lace up their boots good and tight on their own. DC Company Overview: My name’s Dave. I’m here at DC presenting you the winter line for 2010. DC’s been in the snow market for a little over 12 years. We’re a year round action sports brand bringing footwear, apparel, and snow divisions to the marketplace. We’re the brand that never goes away and tends to dominate X Games. We’re here today to talk about our winter sports offerings—our snowboard boots, our outerwear and snow apparel, and our second year launch of our snowboard brand. So again, I’m Dave from DC.
