Eve Cross Freeride Ski Boots – About: The Eve cross is our entry into the segment of free ride for women & we did some specific things to make it more tailored to a woman’s foot & that if first of all the inner boot is designed on the ladies last. It’s something we have done for a long time, the shell is the same thing but we have added more pattern, taking some things out actually really using the lasting process, that Alpino’s developed for literally a 100 years & we have been working in the shoe trade. & so the boot really fits nicely on a ladies leg, you will notice also a little bit lower inner boot. It’s scalped & shaped a little bit better to ladies, we also know that the length from ankle bone up to the knee is much shorter on most women, so the boots need to be adapted accordingly, all the cuffs, upper cuffs on our ladies ski boots are also shorter, a little bit smaller & also shaped accordingly.

Eve Cross Freeride Ski Boots - Back Adjustments: On the back of the boot you will see a couple of things, one being the flex adjustment. It allows to customize the boot, if you wanted to ski on a soft mode or turn it 180 degrees & go into a more of a stiff mode. The purpose of that is sometimes the people are skiing in moguls or skiing in difficult conditions, they want the ski boot to be little bit softer, little friendlier on the front of the leg & sometimes a little bit more open a little more wide skiing, skiing a little faster, you want the boot to be a little bit more rigid & respond accordingly. The upper part is a particular piece designed to adapt to the open heat battery operated heater.

Eve Cross Freeride Ski Boots - Inner Boot: The inner boot of the ladies model does have the unifit heat moldable liner with the full fur, it’s very very comfortable, this can be customized when heated & molded a multiple times but after that first time, its gonna give you that feel or that sense that you have a custom molded inner boot on your foot & it really adds to the comfort. Should make sure that done, a shop can do it for you, most have that convection type oven, it only takes about 15 minutes & you are done & it’s just a great fit, & full fur is very soft that makes it for very easy to get in & out of the boot when you are skiing.
