A little history on the Company. Fischer was founded in 1824, by Joseph Fischer, Senior. It started off as a transportation company, making wagons and sleds. And as the Austrians grew into skiing, as a mode of transportation, Mister Fischer naturally evolved into skiing, and it's been his passion ever since. And Fischer is one of the few independently owned and operated ski companies left in the industry.
