About Bridgedale Lightweight Control Fit Sock: Hi I’m Chris Lucie from Bridgedale. This is the lightweight Control Fit. The Lightweight Control Fit is an ideal ski sock for skiers with custom fit boots or a high performance race boot where they need a strong connection to the liner. It features an ultrathin thinly knit forefoot, flat toe seam and a high friction zone fit underfoot that provides very good stick to the boot liner. This fit is complemented by a triple density shin pad where it goes thick, thicker, thickets. This tapered fit provides improved comfort and fit in tight race boots. The Lightweight Control Fit is available in fall/winter 2010.
