Bionic Female Gloves: My name is Bill Clark and I’m with the Bionic Technology Division out of Louisville, Kentucky. Bionic Gloves are the only golf gloves designed by a leading orthopedic hand surgeon. This technology is based upon the anatomy science and ergonomics of the human hand. I’d like to talk to you today about Bionic Technology and our female offering of golf gloves. You can see that we offer these gloves with different colors, but the key benefit of this technology is that these gloves are made specific for the female hand. Obviously, the glove’s being designed by an orthopedic hand surgeon, we truly understand the difference between anatomy of a male hand and the anatomy of a female hand. And what we find when females put our gloves on is that they’re amazed with the custom fit. What they typically find with gloves in general is that the fingers are either too long or the width of the glove is too wide. This technology provides enhanced grip strength for the female golfer. The anatomical pad system provides a lot more surface contact on the golf club so that the female can have a lighter grip, which is going to increase their clubhead speed. But having more surface contact on the golf club also allows them to have more control of the golf club. If there’s any shock or vibration on an off-center hit, the shock and vibration actually goes into the anatomical pad system. There’s more moisture management features in the Bionic Golf Glove designed for the female golfer than any other golf glove on the market. The inside layer of the anatomical pad system is terry cloth. It’s like having twelve mini-towels on the inside of the glove absorbing moisture off the palm of your hand. All of these motion zones in pink, which provide incredible flexibility over your joints, are all breathable. And we also use a terry cloth wristband that absorbs sweat coming down the forearm into your hand. These gloves are designed specifically for the female golfer and they provide a custom fit for the female golfer.
