Single Speed Bicycle - Unpacking

Single Speed Bicycle – Unpacking: Your bike will arrive packaged in a box 57 inches long and 27 inches high, 70 inches deep. Marked on the side will be the model and the color. The tools needed to assemble your bike are bike pump, Alan wrench with variable sizes, a Philips screw size driver, scissors, a 14 mm wrench and a 5/8 wrench. A socket wrench as pictured will also work. Pry open the top of the box. Once the top of the box is open, grab the bike by the frame and gently remove from the box. Next set the bike down on the top of the box, at the bottom of the box will be the pedals, seat post, seat and owner’s manual. Pleas set these products aside for later assembling. The tire will be secured by three zip tiles, cut all three to free the tire from the packaging, after set tire to the side for later assembling. The handle bars will also be secured by zip tile, cut place handle bars to the side. After removing all products from the packaging we recommend leaving the packaging around the frame during the assembly process to avoid any scratching during the assembling.

Single Speed Bicycle - Tire Assembly: To put on the front tire start by loosening the bolts, remember left for loose, right for tight. Next lift the bike and insert tire to the fort, then tighten bolt by hand provide final tightening with a 5/8 wrench, repeat this process on both sides. After the front tire is securely tightened take the bike up off the box and put kick stand down standing the bike upright.

Single Speed Bicycle - Pedals

Single Speed Bicycle – Pedals: The pedals will be labeled left and right. Pedals will screw on to the bike in a counter clock wise motion. They should then be tightened down with a 5/8 wrench.

Single Speed Bicycle - Handlebars

Single Speed Bicycle – Handlebars: The Alan wrench will be needed for handlebar assembly. Place handlebar stem into the hole on top of the fork, slide down to your desired height and tight the top screw to lock in the height. Next you will need to loosen the screw in front of the handlebars to adjust the angle, find desired angle and tight the screw with Alan wrench.

Single Speed Bicycle - Seat

Single Speed Bicycle – Seat: Insert seat post into seat use 14 mm wrench to tight the bolt on the side of the seat, this will tight the seat post into place. The angle of the seat could be adjusted by loosening the screw and tilting the seat forward or backward. Insert seat post with seat attached into frame, find desired height and tight the screw with the Alan wrench to lock the height in place.

Single Speed Bicycle - Tire Pumping

Single Speed Bicycle - Tire Pumping: Before riding, don’t forget to pump the tires. The tires may be slightly pumped but not entirely.
