Alpina BC 200 Backcountry Boots – About: This is our BC 200. It’s our entry level back country system boot. BC can also be determined for better control. It can be used as an ideal touring boot for in and out of the track, and it’s a great, very stable, lightweight boot that does all the things you want it to do. The system itself, you can see on the bottom it comes with the two wider grooves. The entry point in the front is also wider. The sole itself is also a broader platform. So the whole system is designed with the premise of giving you that added control and stability for any type of skiing that could be in track and can be out of track. The 200 model, you can see, has the exposed laces. It’s a full synthetic boot, white water proof. It also has a thin insulation. And you’ll notice that in the front of the boot, the boots are little bit more broad, a little bit boxier, good toe room, and a lot of people will wear maybe a little bit heavier sock with it. It also comes with a nice cushioned insole, so it’s very comfortable to walk around with or ski in.
