About Atlas Youth Series: Introduced last year is our Youth Series, our Youth 20 and Elektra Youth 20 snowshoes for boys and girls ages eight to twelve. The Youth snowshoes use a fixed toe cord and Grom binding with toe stops, warm insulated EVA padding and a simple strap system for ease of use and comfort for kids to play outside all day long. The Youth Series snowshoes use the same V-frame as the Atlas adult snowshoes for performance and easy tracking through the snow. The Youth Series use basic twin-track crampon and heel cleat for stability and traction across the snowy landscape.
