DM5 Pro Kit with Surge Cymbals: Hello this is Heath product specialist for Alesis. I am going to show you something now called the Alesis DM5 PRO kit with surge cymbals. This is a very cool drum set, what you have here is your snare and three tom triggers as well as you base drum trigger and I hack control. A very important part about this drum set is the surge cymbal that you are looking at. These are real cymbals. One of the problems that a lot of drummers face with playing a drum rubber pad cymbal is that you don’t get the same bounce of the piece rubber that you off of real cymbals. What we did was actually took real cymbals and actually put a dampening layer underneath it to get absolutely the quietest cymbal you ever heard, but at the ability to now be electronic where there is a trigger underneath each of these. So it comes with a 12” hat, 13” brass and a 16” ride as well. All of these plugs into our Alesis DM5 module so you can play it a whisper or just put some head phones on or you could track it into a PA system and really get some excellent sound from the drums that are really affordable price.
